Museo Guggenheim Bilbao

Unleashed the beast – the power of medium format. Straight out of the cam. This was the third time I´ve been to Bilbao, never went to any other place than the museo Guggenheim. Next time I come here, I`ll stay over night – promise. I´ll think it is a very interesting city and I really would like to spend more time here.

Streets of San Sebastian

People … very rare … walking the streets of San Sebastian last night, trying to find the best pinchos place, she caught my eye. There was so much space around her in the busy early evenning hours … also the impression on her face was special … this shot is straight of the cam, no editing, even the b&w was done directly inside the 645z. In street photography you just have a few seconds to shoot … I love this photo.

A classique from Paris …

I thought, maybe I should say something more on my blog, not about the photo, more about how it happened that I took it. Our first stop on our three week journey from Düsseldorf to Portugal was Paris. A city I really love for more than 25 years now. But this time was different, we stayed at the Indigo Camping which is really good and we explored the city with our bikes. So after Spain and Morocco I took my Brompton to Paris 🙂 And I must say very honestly, in all this years I’ve came to Paris, I’ve never been so close to the Tour Eiffel … So we stopped and I took this shot with my 645Z. I think it gives a good impression how big this steel monster is …
